Dana Earl

Dana Earl is a national grant writer with more than two decades of experience working with science museums, conservation organizations, and public broadcasting. She specializes in developing NSF grant applications and has raised more than $60 million primarily through government, foundation, and corporate grants. Many of these grants have provided foundational funding to address climate change, create new exhibits, research and evaluate visitor learning outcomes, and expand existing programs. Dana was part of the Development team during the Exploratorium’s $300 million capital campaign. In addition to grant writing, her fundraising experience includes developing long-term fundraising plans to support strategic initiatives, multi-year annual giving programs, community-based fundraising events, and data migration & management.
